I think he can join. He has nice dps warrior too. And he knows what hes doing.

I'd say you need more hit rating tbh... and maybe get rid of the 16ap gems for pure 8 hit or 4agil,4hit gems to get it to high 200's hit - aim for the 310 area ideally.
I've not seen a rogue that signed up a while ago for raiding recently and we could use 1 more i think as we're occasionally stumped for DPS on 25mans.
